SFS Q and A

The first of the year has come and gone which means it is time for some more SFS updates. Over the duration of the week we have received a good amount of feedback from our members and we thought it would be a great idea to do an updated Q and A Blog posting.

Q: How will SFS continue to pay out commissions in the future?

A: Right now we are paying out by check. We continue to look into other options that allow for quick and easy payments to our members. One option we are looking at right now is using Alertpay as an alternative. We do not promise that we will have that in place before the next payout on the 15th of Jan. but we will work hard and try to make it happen. In the meantime we will continue to use checks as our method of issuing payouts.

Q: When are payouts?

A: Payouts are completed on the 15th of the each month for the previous month's sales. Starting with the month of December there will be a minimum payout amount of $18 if you are requesting to have a check mailed out.

Q: When will the Matrix Compress?

A: Right now, this very second, the Matrix is compressing. It is running on a script behind the scenes that you can not see. It is believed that it will be complete within the next 48 hours.


Q: What does it mean that the Martix is Compressing?

A: Simply put it means anyone who does not have a paid membership in the month will be removed from the Matrix only leaving paying members behind. This is a good thing because it will force paying members who may be below you up into a paying level for you. (Not a promise, but it will happen for a good number of people.)

Q: Why do I still see free people in my Matrix?

A: There will always be new free people coming into the Matrix but at the end of each month they will be flushed out. So once the flush is complete this month then you will see no free people in there, until new people start to come in under you again. Brand new people always go right into the Matrix until the end of the month whether they have paid or not.


Q: Will there be any live webinar trainings?

A: Yes, Yes, Yes!! We are still undergoing some changes to the SFS members area and we need them to be completed before we start the trainings. We cannot promise a timeline on this but plan to do it ASAP. It is a matter of the programming being completed. We don't want to train anyone on a back office that will change the minute we end a webinar. So, we appreciate your patience and know you'll agree that we need to wait for the changes to be complete before we take you through the live webinars!


Q: Are the server issues all taken care of?

A: We are still operating on a temporary platform as our new dedicated service is being established. We never expect to have server down time, but from time to time it can happen. We will let you know here on the blog in the next week when we make the planned moved to the dedicated server as there will be some small down time during the move.

Q: When will the commission page be updated?

A: When the matrix is complete the commission page will be updated. You can expect to see this in the next few days. On that page you will be able to see not only your current commissions earned but you will also be able to see your past commissions earned.

Q: What is to come in the new year for SFS?

A: As always, we will continue to work to improve what we have and continually tweak and improve the system to make it the best that it can be. In the near future you can expect to see some changes to some of the current services we are offering but better yet, expect to see some more income streams built into the system. The most important improvement is going to be the webinar trainings that show you how we, the leaders, are using SFS to not only make money, but using it to earn from multiple income streams.

Q: I sent in a support ticket and didn't get an answer!

A: When the server went down so did our support software. We have a temporary fix in place with the email address of sfslogin@gmail.com. The support staff has been able to answer 100% of the emails within 24 hours of them being submitted. If you had a ticket you sent to the old ticket system and did not get an answer then please email your question to sfslogin@gmail.com and they will be happy to take care of your question.

Q: When is phone support going to be added?

A: It already is! Yes we now have a phone number for support. We have this in place to take care of any billing or login issues very quickly. The calls will be handled by our support staff. The number can be found by just clicking on the contact us page on the SFS home page.
