Request Commission Tab Changed

Hello SFS Member

Just a quick post to let you know that the "Update your Commission" tab in your members area has now been changed to "Request Commissions".

None of the functions of that page have changed at this time but we wanted to make you aware as it was causing some confusion to members.

I would also note if you requested a commission check last month and submitted your mailing information you do not need to do that again. If your total commission earned is over $18 and you have already filled in your information request then your check will be mailed out on the 15th of January. If you have not yet requested your commissions ever then you need to please do this before the 15th of January in order to get your commission check this month.

One final note for today is on our support staff. Our support staff works Monday-Friday so if you submit a ticket over the weekend you may not get a reply until Monday or Tuesday of the following week. And finally please keep in mind that the phone number we have in place to reach support is to quickly take care of people who have billing issues, can't log in or need to cancel an account. The staff has been instructed to only handle questions and issues from the time of the relaunch forward. We are very excited to be able to provide this phone service as a trial but if it is abused then we will have to take a different direction. All other issues should be dealt with using the support ticket function.
